Dessert Holdings is looking for a Line Worker to join our team based in Le Center, Mn. This individual is responsible for performing multiple tasks to assist operations with packaging baked goods. This position works both on manual line and automated line as directed

Possess normal to excellent manual dexterity and motor skills
Possess good eye-hand coordination
Ability to become familiar with company methods and standards and apply that knowledge to daily duties
Must be able to understand basic math

Must be articulate, tactful and professional at all times
Flexible to work other lines as needed

Dessert Holdings is looking for a Line Worker to join our team based in Le Center, Mn. This individual is responsible for performing multiple tasks to assist operations with packaging baked goods. This position works both on manual line and automated line as directed
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to perform all of the tasks required for the Packaging Line worker position:
- Rack Unloading/Loading: places dessert on or off the rack after cut, or as needed
- Collars: place cardboard collar around finished
- Sealer: place product inside plastic in sealer and pulls handle down
- Box Maker/Hand Packing: folds boxes and places product inside
- Taper: run full cases through the tape machine
- Garnishes: places garnish on finished product, keeps hopper/bin full
- Fixer/Piecer: pieces together variety product and performs rework
- Palletizer: place completed cases in appropriate pallet patterns
- Labeling: places labels on boxes and product
- Assist with collecting needed items for product(cardboard circles, pans, utensils) as directed.
- Place unused product into proper containers (use FIFO labels)
- To place correct product into proper containers (use ingredients returns labels and allergen label of required.
- Clean work area (removes extra debris, wash, rinse, and sanitize line between product change over).
