Production Oven Operator on 2nd shift (M -TH 3:00 pm to 1:00 am)

       To properly perform loading or unloading of ovens, while ensuring proper flow and quality product
  1. Double check oven settings and times
  2. Record necessary data as required on daily reports and work center schedule
  3. Monitoring the operation of ovens and notifying Maintenance and Supervisor when problems are detected
  4. Baking products according to established standards (e.g. time and temperature)
  5. Storing and moving products on racks to desired locations (e.g. cooling area, baking floor
  6. finishing area, cooler, freezer)
  1. Manual loading and unloading of ovens, vacuum water from oven trays as needed   
  2. Actively participates in Continuous Improvement projects and processes
  3. Assisting on the depositing line as needed
  4. Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work area
  5. Participate in the yearly audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions
  6. Must adhere to the plant’s policies
  7. Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
  8. Performs other duties as assigned
  1. Must be able to perform basic mathematical skills.
  2. Must be able to read, write and comprehend basic instructions and processes of the job.

  2. Ability to become familiar with company methods and standards and apply that
  3. Knowledge to carry out daily duties
  4. Ability to do overhead lifting and bending
  5. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  6. Ability to move full oven rack of product
  7. Possessing normal to excellent manual dexterity and motor skills
  8. Possessing good eye-hand coordination
  9. Possessing excellent listening and comprehension skills
  10. Must possess good interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with others
